No, we do not provide any kins of legal services. Our clients have their own competent patent attorneys or agents qualified to provide the legal services. We concentrate of providing the benefits of the IP Catalyst Program.

Do I need an offesnsive or a defensive IP strategy?
This questions cannot be answereed in general terms. Our team discusses the many aspects of the client's business, evaluates its IP and then can provide its business assessment on the desired strategy. From time-to-time it is re-evaluated to capture changes of the company's business goals.

Why do I need your service?
Actually, not every company or team needs our services and we assess that need prior to engagement. Typically we attend to the needs of companies who need to free-up key personnel such as the CEO, CTO, or VP of Engineering from a daily involvement in the works of the implemntation of the firm's IP strategy. In many companies it is difficult to find a person that can effectively interact with a patent lawyer or agent. We assume that role to provide an efficient and effective interface.

How do you share risk with me?
For one we do not have an hourly rate but rather have defined a few signficant and tangible milestones. Clients pay us when a milestone is crossed. Moreover, we take a portion of our compensation is equity which further increases the alignment between the client and eNitiatives. The last milestone we get paid for is for the allowance of a patent by a patent office, a clear demonstration of our commitment to the clients' IP.

Which IP legal firms do you wirk with?
We work with some of the largest IP legal firms in Israel and in the USA. In addition we work with smaller, boutique, law firms that provide quality service. We always work with the lead attorneys in such firms. When needed we assist our clients in the process of selecting and IP legal firm that is to represent the client.

Do you perform on-site visits?
Yes we do. We believe it is an important part of our interaction with the people at our clients and allows us to provide a more effective service. In our visitis we focus on sharing with inventors issues relating to IP, identifying IP that requires protection, perform in-depth interviews, and discuss many aspects of the client's business.

What are your IP scan and audit processes?
These patent pending processes include a variety of steps that result in a detailed report and a workplan recommendation. We will gladly discuss the detials of the program in a personal meeting.
